What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
My therapy work supports healing from the root level, especially when trauma, dysregulation, or long-term emotional pain is present.
My coaching containers are for women and men ready to move into clarity, creation, and their next evolution. Both are trauma-informed, soul-aligned, and guided by your readiness. One is for healing. One is for momentum. Sometimes, you’ll move through both
Can I book just one session, or do I need to commit to a longer program?
Single sessions are available if you need a reset or want to get a feel for the work. But real change takes time. For coaching, I recommend at least 2 months to build momentum and integration. Therapy can be session-based, and I’ll always let you know if ongoing support is needed.
What is your approach to Holistic Counselling?
My approach is honest, grounded, and deeply supportive. I blend psychological tools, somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, and spiritual practices to help you get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. I’ll hold space for your process, but I’ll also challenge you where needed. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about bringing healing and awareness to our exiled and unconscious parts.
How do I know if therapy or coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck in old habits, overwhelmed by emotions, or caught in cycles of avoidance or addiction and relationship problems, therapy is the first step to reclaiming control. Coaching is for you if you’re ready to move forward but need clarity, accountability, and strategy.
How does breathwork and energy healing support emotional and spiritual growth?
Breathwork helps access what the mind avoids—buried emotions, unprocessed grief, or held trauma and supports release through the body, not just words. Energy work clears distortions, recalibrates your system, and reconnects you to your deeper self. Together, these practices help you regulate, feel, and come back into alignment—emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
How long do I need therapy for?
The answer depends on how deep you want to go. Are you tired of the same fights, the same patterns, the same emotional rollercoasters? Therapy helps you uncover the roots of these behaviours and shift them for good. Some people feel significant changes after a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support to fully transform their lives.
What should I expect during my first session?
You’ll feel seen, supported, challenged, stretched and deeply held. I’ll meet you where you’re at, but I won’t let you stay there. I’ll reflect your blind spots, name the patterns keeping you stuck, and hold you accountable to the version of you that’s ready to lead. I’m not here to sugarcoat or sell you surface-level healing, I’m here to walk beside you while you get clear, take ownership, and do the work that actually changes things. You won’t stay small in this space and you won’t leave the same if you do the work required.
